Upskilling the workforce is an added income opportunity for recruiters

Estimated reading time: 2 Min Read

When looking for the products that would benefit franchisees the most, the Robocore team recognised that training and upskilling the workforce is an important element of HR departments’ work, which is why they chose courses aligned with those goals.

Two studies illustrate the potential value of upskilling courses to recruitment franchisees. First, a report by Grandview Research values the market for management skills-related courses at USD 335.3 billion in 2021 and estimates an annual growth rate of 3.8% until 2028. Second, the LinkedIn 2021 Workplace Learning Report, which surveyed 5,154 professionals in 27 countries, revealed that their most important areas of focus in 2021 are upskilling and reskilling.

The Scrum Master Course

The internationally accredited Scrum Master course is just one of the several courses Robocore recruiters can sell to their clients.

As described in the Scrum Guide, a scrum master facilitates all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure a successful outcome. Scrum has been used to develop all types of products, including software, hardware, business processes and pharmaceuticals, so their recruitment niches do not limit recruiters, as Scrum is useful across a wide range of business sectors.

The course is aligned with Agile Project Management techniques and tools, and Robocore recruiters have access to internationally recognised courses on this, as well as on Change Management. To see the full range of courses offered, visit our website.

The Scrum Master course is a facilitator led two-day virtual classroom, or traditional classroom, event addressing the principles, theory and application of the scrum framework and the roles of the scrum Master and scrum team. It is facilitated by one of Snap Tech’s most experienced, accredited trainers, Guy Eastoe. The qualifying exam is taken online, uses a 50-question, multiple-choice format, and lasts only 40 minutes.

How Robocore franchisees can turn these courses into revenue

Robocore’s operations team will work with franchisees on developing a marketing engine that will generate enquiries for the course products. Learning how to sell the courses will be included in the training provided by Robocore, with the key aim being a familiarity with the courses and their benefits that enables successful sales.

For example, from a strategic viewpoint, as Robocore franchisees build their client base, they will have an opportunity to discuss their clients’ training and upskilling needs in addition to their hiring requirements, and this is a way to create extra revenue.
